EnergizeIT in Toronto was Awesome!

I spent Saturday in Toronto, Canada at the EnergizeIT conference. It was sort of a cross between a Code Camp, DevDays, and a mini-TechEd. Check out the track names:
Track #1: IT Professional Track #2: Developer Track #3: Gadget (Developing Vista Gadgets Hands-On) Track #4: Security Track #5: Real World Solutions –1 (From Microsoft technology partners) Track #6: Real World Solutions – 2 (From Microsoft technology partners) Track #7: Designer (Expression, etc.) Track #8: GameCamp (XNA!!)
I was there with my audio gear, and recorded a few podcasts which will eventually show up on the EnergizeIT site.
Hats off to Microsoft Canada and the greater Toronto community for getting this awesome FREE event together. I hope they do it again next year!

dnrTV #70 - Brian Kuhn on The Argotic Syndication Framework
Brian Kuhn on The Argotic Syndication Framework
Our guest this week is .NET developer Brian Kuhn. Brian was inspired by Carl's pwopcatcher project to develop this .NET framework for syndication. The Argotic framework makes reading and writing syndication data sources in common formats such as RSS, Atom, OPML, RSD, etc. very easy while still remaining powerful enough to handle the myriad of syndication extensions commonly in use today.

.NET Rocks! #243 - Scripps Institute

Carl and Richard interview Peter Kuhn from the Scripps Institute about an application he designed to allow cancer researchers to visualize molecules and annotate them with real time collaboration. The application was written with beta versions of WPF, and champoined by Tim Huckaby's team at Interknowlogy and evangelized by Eileen Rumwell and Stephen Forte. This is an amazing success story.
