MIX '08 - Wow.

I'm waiting for the second leg of my flight home from Las Vegas after attending Mix '08 at the Venetian for the last few days. I was really blown away by the keynote and also a few really good sessions. Silverlight 2.0 beta 1 is now available, and I can't wait to get my hands on it. For the first time since the Expression suite was first announced, I am ready to roll up my sleeves and play with this stuff. I can't guarantee what's going to come out the other end, but it should be lots of fun. The Silverlight 2.0 runtime is about 4MB and includes such coolness as LINQ and Sockets!! Whoa!!! I've got a lot of work to do!!

Josh Holmes caught up with me, Richard Campbell, Mark Dunn, and Stephen Forte hanging out in the "Sandbox" and he took this video.
